What is a Managed office? In many ways, it’s similar to a Serviced office - an all-inclusive package based on a simple licence agreement with only one recurring monthly payment.

Where Managed stands apart is how the office itself is set up. It’s HQ space, for organisations who want their own front door, own meeting rooms and their own kitchen/breakout areas. It’s fully branded, with greater customisation and bespoke details tailored to the occupant. Typically, a Managed office fits 15-100 desks and is somewhere organisations graduate to from Serviced space.

What’s included? In short, pretty much everything. We cover rent, business rates, service charges, utilities, build works, furniture, internet and IT, cleaning, facilities management, AV systems, coffee machines, … the list goes on. The space is “plug-and-play” so our clients can get to work immediately and focus on doing what they do best.
